Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

* Unused and in its original condition.
* Returned in the original packaging.
* Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.

Important: Products will only be accepted for return if they are returned in their original packaging and condition. Any product returned without its original packaging may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund procedure.

Note: Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
